On June 15-16, ScienceSoft will head for Brussels, Belgium to join the development community at the European Development Days (EDD 2016). Organized by the European Commission, the EDD is an interactive hub that brings together businesses, international institutions and the EU representatives to deliberate on the world’s burning issues and to set up real vectors of the economic, social and technological progress of the developing countries.
Celebrating its 10th anniversary, the forum will offer the ‘2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development’ to promote actionable initiatives across the international development community. The event will host more than 6,000 participants from 140+ countries and will offer over 120 sessions built around 15 hot EDD topics, including sustainable consumption and production, trade, growth and sustainable development, science, technology, innovation and much more.
Take up the opportunity to attend the EDD 2016 and meet Dr. Ulad Radkevitch, ScienceSoft’s VP of Sales and Business Development, who will share the company’s experience of partnering with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development during the debate ‘Spurring economic growth through private sector engagement’ on June 15.
‘The cooperation with the EBRD allowed us to rethink our business strategy, implement a number of operational improvements, and focus on custom software development for such key industries as Healthcare, Telecommunications, Retail, Banking and Finance. Owing to the EBRD’s recommendations, our company managed to elaborate on a new approach of addressing end customers and understanding their needs. We believe that our experience can give valuable insights to companies in private sector and help them to analyze their development prospects deeper’, says Dr. Radkevitch.
Is the EDD 2016 also put in your agenda? Just let us know and we will arrange a meeting with Dr. Ulad Radkevitch in Tour & Taxi, Brussels.
