ScienceSoft joins Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider Program
Published:
A member of the Microsoft Partner Network, ScienceSoft has officially joined the Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) program. The status enables the company to deliver full-cycle cloud services, including direct billing, provisioning, management and support, for such Microsoft platforms as Dynamics CRM (now a part of Dynamics 365), SharePoint and Azure.
“Becoming a participant of the CSP program is an important step for ScienceSoft. This will help us draw up a new vector of relationship with our clients. The new status reflects our drive to keep pace with a swift movement of cloud technologies and our readiness to address cloud-related challenges,” says Val Kireitchik, Marketing Director at ScienceSoft. “While the entire world moves fast towards the cloud, it’s absolutely crucial for us to have a flexible selling strategy, adapt quickly to a constantly changing cloud market and provide quality cloud services and solutions. New cloud opportunities are now available for all customers looking for CRM consulting, SharePoint consulting and Azure solution development services.”
The new selling model will allow ScienceSoft to advance in being customer-oriented, as well as to facilitate the servicing process substantially. As the company can cover the entire service cycle, customers and partners will avoid time-consuming negotiation with several vendors and service providers. As a CSP, ScienceSoft can now respond to customers’ requests immediately and provide a continuous support, thus building up a long-term, convenient and trustworthy partnership.
ScienceSoft will continue adapting their offering to the program in order to meet customers’ needs, help them leverage cloud capabilities of Microsoft’s products, as well as make their businesses more dynamic, scalable and profitable.
