Al Tamimi & Company engaged ScienceSoft to migrate the corporate intranet from SharePoint 2013 to SharePoint 2019.

ScienceSoft analyzed the existing SharePoint 2013 environment, elicited migration requirements, and drew up a comprehensive migration process plan. Next, ScienceSoft’s team set up an equivalent SharePoint 2019 environment and performed the smooth migration of all intranet parts and sub-sites with the content. Finally, ScienceSoft provided comprehensive  documentation for a new SharePoint system and assisted in the safe decommissioning of the SharePoint 2013 environment.

After the intranet migration was finished, we engaged ScienceSoft to provide intranet maintenance and break-fix support for 10 months with monthly system health checks. We’d like to point out that ScienceSoft remained highly responsive during the support cooperation (2 hours to respond, max 4 hours to address a downtime issue).
