We commissioned ScienceSoft to implement a knowledge management solution based on SharePoint Online. ScienceSoft’s team created a site collection and business rules, configured metadata and permissions, and customized the document search functionality. To streamline document management, they created two workflows: the first one checked duplicate file names across the site and sent documents for approval, and the second one triggered weekly reminders for approvers with a list of documents awaiting approval.

The project took 6 weeks. During that time, ScienceSoft’s team was very accommodating to our meeting requests and quick to follow up after a meeting with all of the action items. They provided detailed and informative responses to all our questions, which helped speed up decision making. We really appreciate the team’s responsiveness and patience with our questions and concerns.
