Established DevOps Culture. Project-Centric Solutions
In DevOps since 2013, ScienceSoft provides responsive managed teams that adapt proven DevOps practices to the specifics of each project, increasing SDLC efficiency and significantly reducing infrastructure costs.
DevOps managed services are a way to allocate one or several DevOps directions to a third-party vendor if the in-house team is busy with other tasks or lacks relevant expertise. ScienceSoft guarantees the level of DevOps optimization where new software updates are rolled out up to every hour, and the change failure rate is <5%.

DevOps Tech Stack We Apply
Pricing Models for Managed DevOps Services
Bucket of hours
Recommended pricing model. You can pre-pay for a set number of hours at a discounted rate. It is especially beneficial when you need a qualified specialist to deal with only a few specific DevOps tasks, such as on-demand troubleshooting, performance tuning, or containerization efforts.
Set monthly fee
Pay a monthly fee determined in advance based on the service composition, regardless of the number of hours worked.
Time and Material
Pay for the actual time and material spent.
Fixed fee
Pay a predetermined price for a defined scope of work (e.g., CI/CD setup, team training, infrastructure audit).
How to Choose a DevOps Managed Services Company
To settle on the right managed services provider, make sure you get answers to the following questions:
How does this DevOps vendor establish communication?
Check how the vendor communicates during the presales process and ask how your collaboration will work after the start of the engagement. A mature MSP will be ready to provide a clear collaboration matrix, communication plan, and examples of the deliverables. ScienceSoft's team usually sends monthly reports detailing the achieved metrics and holds weekly meetings to discuss future DevOps strategies, but we are ready to adjust communication frequency and format to the client's expectations.
How does the vendor guarantee the security of my data?
Check if the vendor is ready to sign an NDA or other relevant privacy agreements. Ideally, a DevOps MSP should also comply with standards such as ISO 27001 and SOC 2 to prove that it has the proper measures in place to protect your sensitive data.
Will the vendor work proactively or in a break/fix mode?
Some vendors advocate for a preventive approach to managing DevOps, while some MSPs are hired to deal with problems as soon as they arise.
ScienceSoft combines the strengths of both strategies, proactively seeking opportunities to enhance the DevOps strategy and optimize the processes. At the same time, we perform regular tasks we were assigned with and stay available to promptly fix any emerging issues.
Will the vendor share knowledge with my team or other vendors?
ScienceSoft strongly advocates for no vendor lock-in. Ask your potential MSP if they're willing to do the same and continuously share complete and transparent documentation of their efforts.
