The Client is a Nordic company with over 12 years of experience in mobile multimedia. The company offers mobile TV and radio solutions to TV, film and music companies.
Challenge
The Client looked for an app development company to create a mobile video streaming application (live TV and Video on Demand) that would realize the concept of Augmented TV and interact with users in real time.
Solution
Experienced in custom mobile app development, ScienceSoft designed and developed a set of apps (iOS, Android and WP) to watch not only prerecorded shows but also live streaming of various sport events. In addition to that, the app provides users with direct access to different web-based services relevant to the content they are viewing.
The app also allows users to discuss episodes through popular social channels such as Twitter or Facebook without ever having to navigate outside of the client app.
