About Our Client

Tisseray & Cie is a French fabrics and home textile producer that has been developing collections of fabric per meter and home textile items for retailers and quilt/pillow manufacturers since 1958.

Challenge

Tisseray & Cie needed a cost-effective tool to enhance communication with its customers. The challenge was to create a showcase website to attract and provide information for the Client’s retailers and end customers.

Solution

ScienceSoft developed the website structure that is transparent and clear-cut so that the visitor can easily navigate among product pages, company and contact details as well as have a sneak peek at the production know-how.

The product pages are centered on the Client’s key markets and are further subdivided into product categories. A short description of the category is complemented with a pop-up image portfolio offering visitors a close-up of printed cushions, embroidered bed linen and ornate tableware.

On the contact page, visitors can submit their questions using the request form and also get familiar with Tisseray & Cie’s team. The website supports two languages, English and French, on all the pages including the newsfeed. The graphic design is unique and fully reflects the Client’s passion for quality textiles. The navigation elements and buttons evoke associations with fabrics manufacturing and provide for an excellent user experience.

Results

The Client received a website that communicates the benefits and uniqueness of its quality textiles. Supporting two languages, the website enables Tisseray & Cie to widen its customers’ geography and target both English- and French-speaking users.
