Microsoft Engineer

We are inviting a Microsoft Engineer to join our company. This position involves shift work: day shift from 1:00 AM to 1:00 PM EST, followed by night shift from 1:00 PM to 1:00 AM EST, with 3 days off.

As an IT service company, we handle a wide range of projects, including the implementation, modernization, monitoring, and technical support of IT infrastructure.

Your responsibilities

• Assist in configuring services according to business requirements.
• Work with the team to initiate the adoption of new technologies and services in business processes.
• Resolve technical issues for users.
• Interact with clients and project teams.

Your skills and experience

• Knowledge of Windows Server and domains.
• Skills in supporting business services such as AD, Exchange, GPO, and DFS.
• Knowledge of PowerShell.
• Understanding of network technologies.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies such as Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 would be a plus.
• English language proficiency at the Intermediate level.
