Front-End Skills Needed to Deliver Dynamic UIs

Over the past 10 years, ScienceSoft has successfully completed several projects for the Client. To develop convenient customer and staff portals for a new personal debt management platform, the Client needed to reinforce its team with front-end skills. The challenge was to deliver efficient user interfaces that would provide a seamless customer experience and streamline employee operations.

Crafting Dynamic UIs for a Seamless Debt Management Experience

ScienceSoft helped the Client’s web development team deliver a front end for a new web application.

The debt management platform required extensive UI capabilities to enable the following functionality:

• Automated comparison of debt proposals against bankruptcy scenarios.
• Auto-filling customer onboarding, income, and expense forms.
• Setting up file-related notifications (e.g., a document is created, uploaded, reviewed, or updated) and action-related ones (e.g., an appointment is scheduled, reassigned, or canceled).
• Tracking progress toward debt management goals.
• Planning and tracking payment schedules, reviewing invoices.
• Scheduling appointments with financial advisors, creditors, and more.

The Agile project took 18 months and involved a team of 10 other professionals on the Client’s side, including a project manager, an architect, back-end and front-end developers, QA specialists, and designers. ScienceSoft received the UX wireframes and UI mockups from the Client’s team and created the corresponding front ends of the customer and staff portals. Throughout the project, the team members closely collaborated to ensure a clear, shared understanding of the project’s goals and requirements for their most efficient realization.

Robust and Responsive Debt Management Platform Delivered in 18 Months

The Client successfully released a new debt management platform. User interfaces provided by ScienceSoft load quickly, run smoothly, and work correctly on all major browsers. The clean and well-commented front-end code will be easy to maintain and evolve in the future.
