Antonia’s expertise, backed by a degree in International Investment and a decade of experience working for the finance sector, became especially valuable once she switched to the investment software development field.
As ScienceSoft’s Investment IT Consultant and Senior Business Analyst, Antonia helps companies create robust software that enhances investment service efficiency and meets the necessary regulatory frameworks. Antonia assists her clients in optimizing software functional design and triaging features for launch to maximize ROI. In a recent investment portfolio management app project, Antonia’s advice on the optimal feature set for the app helped the client balance the development cost without compromising the solution’s value.

Antonia is certified in IT business analysis documentation and UX prototyping, which helps her quickly communicate her assumptions to the development team and investment clients and prevent stakeholder misalignment on the project goals.
Antonia also holds PSM, PSPO, and SAFe certifications, which contributes to her effective performance in Agile development projects. She has completed Harvard Business School’s Management Essentials program, which provides strategies for improving project decision-making, implementation, and change management processes.
I am lucky to be working in this transformational era, as the finance sector is undergoing rapid digital changes and focusing on AI automation. There’s no doubt AI has the potential to greatly improve the quality, accuracy, and speed of investment operations, but it also introduces new risks. As a consultant, my role is to anticipate and mitigate those risks. One critical aspect my clients often overlook is the need for an AI-ready data infrastructure, and it is my job to develop a proper data management strategy and toolkit for each client to prevent data breaches or non-compliance. Sometimes, this means adjusting initial expectations and designing new, realistic requirements.
