Oleg Khmelkov

Oleg has worked in Microsoft Dynamics 365 development since 2014. As a proof of his technical expertise with a wide range of Microsoft products and technologies, he was awarded the following Microsoft certifications: CRM 2013 Customization and Configuration and Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP).

Oleg joined ScienceSoft in 2014. Now, he’s in charge of ScienceSoft’s Microsoft Dynamics 365 services’ delivery for manufacturing, retail, banking, telecoms, healthcare, and other industries. One of the keynote Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects under his leadership was Microsoft Dynamics 365 development for a welding equipment provider.

As Head of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Department, Oleg promotes various initiatives on the improvement of the department’s internal processes and team collaboration. He also organizes educational activities for newcomers and instills best practices of Microsoft Dynamics 365 development.

Oleg shares his hands-on development experience in ScienceSoft’s CRM blog. He keeps track of the CRM market trends in general and Microsoft Dynamics 365 technical aspects in particular and covers the most valuable topics in the blog articles.
