Lead ServiceNow Developer
The Lead ServiceNow Developer is responsible for designing and implementing scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform, covering modules like ITSM, ITOM, HR, and CSM. This role involves architecting complex integrations with external systems (e.g., REST, SOAP), ensuring best practices in configuration and customization, and maintaining platform governance. The Lead Developer manages a team of developers, assigning tasks, reviewing code, and mentoring junior team members. Additionally, they collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow administration and development;
- Familiarity with core modules like Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Service Catalog;
- English B2+ level or higher.
- ServiceNow Architect (CTA/CMA) certification.
