Your Responsibilities
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with the company's clients.
- Analyze the effectiveness of interactions with client companies.
- Collect feedback and recommendations from clients on completed projects.
- Assist in organizing client visits to our Minsk office (planning logistics, preparing necessary visa documents, etc.).
- Arrange visits of our employees to other countries for meetings with client company representatives.
- Coordinate new agreements and changes to existing contracts with clients.
Your Knowledge and Experience
- 5+ years experience in account management or B2B sales.
- Education in economics, business or technology will be a plus.
- Effective communication and management skills.
- Proficiency in English for written and verbal communication with customers.
