L1/L2 Support Engineer (English)

Your responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries related to the use of technological solutions.
- Provide guidance on the functional and technical capabilities of applications.
- Offer technical support for information systems.
- Prepare documentation describing new application features.
- Maintain reports to monitor technical issues reported by customers.
Your skills and experience
- Strong command of English (B2 level or higher)
- Clear and articulate speech
- Effective business communication skills
