L1/L2 Support Engineer (English and Dutch)
We are looking for a L1/L2 Support Engineer to provide technical support. Support will be provided in English and German. No prior IT experience is required, as we offer internal training to help you acquire the necessary knowledge.

Your responsibilities
- Promptly respond to client inquiries related to the use of technological solutions.
- Provide consultations on the functional and technical capabilities of applications.
- Offer technical support for information systems.
- Prepare documentation describing new application features.
- Maintain reports to monitor technical issues raised by clients.
Your skills and experience
- English B2 level and higher;
- Dutch B2 and higher;
- Excellent communication skills and clear diction.
- Strong business communication abilities.
