Victoria joined ScienceSoft in 2021 with a significant background in business analysis for large-scale supply chain projects. In her previous role, she was driving the development of a custom inventory track & trace solution for 15 factory facilities and the implementation of SAP ERP for a manufacturer selling its products in 50+ countries.
As a Digital Supply Chain Consultant and Business Analyst, Victoria helps ScienceSoft’s clients digitally transform their supply chain workflows with robust custom solutions and advanced Industry 4.0 technologies like AI/ML, IoT, and blockchain. She helps enterprises conceptualize connected systems for supply chain automation, advises on software features that can enhance employee efficiency while reducing operational costs, and plans pragmatic technology implementation strategies.
With a Master's degree in Engineering Science for Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Victoria deeply understands the specifics of digital SCM processes, from procurement to shipment. Combined with her previous experience working as a manager in retail, wholesale, and transportation & logistics, it helps Victoria grasp her client’s pains across digital supply chain operations from both IT and business perspectives.
Victoria has participated in some of ScienceSoft’s largest inventory management and warehouse management projects. The inventory solutions developed with Victoria’s involvement brought businesses a 15–20% improvement in stock planning accuracy and a 50%+ reduction in the inventory turnover period.
A certified PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA), Victoria can take over the project manager role to support supply chain software development projects when the need arises.
The essence of my role is to help companies define the ‘sweet spots’ where advanced technology can have the biggest impact while avoiding costly, low-value overhauls in areas that can be effectively automated with traditional techs.
