L1/L2 Support Engineer (German)

We are looking for a L1/L2 Support Engineer to provide technical support to our clients via phone, e-mail and other support channels.

Your responsibilities
- Respond daily to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Provide customers with timely resolution of technical issues.
- Establish remote sessions to assist customers with troubleshooting.
- Maintain clients' systems.
- Answer questions from customers about the features and capabilities of the system.
- Prepare descriptive documentation for new features.
- Create a knowledge database.
Your skills and experience
- English B2 level and higher.
- German B2 and higher.
- Good communication skills, experience in business correspondence.
- Proactive position, strong sense of empathy with customers using our products.
- Experience with database management systems (MySQL, MS SQL) and Jira, SVN, MS Application Server IIS.
- Basic level of SQL, XML will be a plus.
