We agree on the final quote in advance and split it into several payments bound to project milestones.
Time & Material
Best for: Development, modernization, and evolution of healthcare software or IT infrastructure.
We carefully study your needs to define an estimate and a maximum project cap, considering the project uncertainty. Then, you receive a monthly invoice based on the hours of work done by the project team.
Monthly subscription fee
Best for: managed IT services with a defined scope of work (e.g., help desk, infrastructure management).
You pay in advance at a reduced rate, and we deliver continuous healthcare IT services within the pre-agreed scope.
Per-ticket pricing
Best for: ad hoc L1–L2 support or incident-based security monitoring.
We agree on the ticket cost, and you get charged based on the volume of healthcare IT incidents we resolve monthly.
